Sometimes we are the only hirers (or people) on the Premises in which case we are responsible for security.

Unless told otherwise by someone who is present in the Office, please keep the front door locked.  Occasionally there will be an enquiry or delivery which of course should be answered, but please explain that you are not allowed to let any unauthorized person enter the church.  Authorized persons will know how to unlock the door. If there is a problem there is a list of phone numbers by the alarm console.

When someone leaves, again please lock the front door after them.  The last person out may know how to lock the door from the outside but otherwise please lock it from inside and then interrupt the ongoing class to ask Anita to see you out.
