We can’t use the​ Church Forum ​this week, entrance will be via the car park door which is to the right of the main entrance (circled in red in photo).  GU22 7HA.

The car park may be crowded so if there are few spaces it is considerate to leave them for the less-mobile lunchers. To park on-street turn right out of the car park and go straight across the junction with Heathside Road. The first road on the left is Heathside Park Road, and the next on the left is Ashwood Road in both of which you can park on single yellow lines. Please see Parking for a map and details.

For tea we may be able to use the Lounge (see below). The Church does not charge us for the use of the facilities.

The Church has told us “On the 3rd Thursday of most months there is a Church Lunch in the Forum. To avoid people walking through the Forum at this lunch meeting we will keep the Forum doors closed and will hang a notice on the doors for all other users to use the corridor doors instead of the main doors.

“We also want to avoid interruptions at reception desk where our volunteers are serving hot food. The area is too small for 2 groups to serve refreshments and food.

“Therefore we suggest you use the main kitchen to make your coffees and teas and please feel free to use the Lounge if free to sit down. If not free then please use the back stage room. There are tables and chairs which can be quickly set up (but please leave as you find the rooms).”
