Each block of text represents a sequence of moves practised in class. Each move is usually repeated on both left and right sides, 3 or 4 times. Opening and closing forms are omitted here for brevity but should be included in practice.
Unless otherwise indicated moves are from the Yang Style Simplified 24 Form (this video gives names of moves and describes them as well as demonstrating them). One of the class has recommended 4kvideodownloader and it does seem good. Better than repeatedly viewing over the web. Probably you can then put it on a memory stick and view it on your TV.
Names of moves: this link may help.
If you need help remembering what the moves are do ask some of the ‘senior’ members who will be pleased to show you.
